Mississauga, From Square One to the Lake

A downtown of its own around Square One, a genuine waterfront village in Port Credit, and family neighbourhoods that hold their appeal year after year. I work all of it.

Working with Zach in Mississauga

My practice is built on lease transactions, condo sales and first-time buyers. In Mississauga that means the tower cluster around Square One — one of the busiest condo and rental markets in the GTA — plus townhome communities in Erin Mills and Churchill Meadows, and established streets from Streetsville down to the lake.

As a Sales Representative with Big City Realty Inc., Brokerage, I work across Toronto and the GTA. Clients consistently mention the same things in reviews: fast responses, clean paperwork and honest advice.

  • Lease listings and tenant representation
  • Condo and townhome sales — buying and selling
  • First-time buyer guidance, start to close
  • Data-driven pricing, no guesswork

Why People Choose Mississauga

City Centre & Square One

A real downtown — condo towers around Square One, including the landmark curved Absolute pair, with shopping, Celebration Square and a campus presence all within a walk. The busiest condo pocket west of Toronto.

Port Credit & the Waterfront

A village main street on the lake: the harbour and lighthouse, patios along Lakeshore Road, the waterfront trail, and its own GO station. One of the GTA's most complete small-town-in-the-city settings.

Family Neighbourhoods

Streetsville's historic main street, Erin Mills, Clarkson, Meadowvale and Lorne Park — parks, schools and established streets that keep families in Mississauga for generations.

Transit & Commutes

GO trains on the Lakeshore West and Milton lines, MiWay across the city, the Hazel McCallion LRT under construction along Hurontario, and the 401, 403 and QEW — plus Pearson right next door.

Leasing in Mississauga

Lease transactions are the core of my practice. Whether you own an investment condo here or you're searching for your next rental, here's how I help.

For Landlords

Vacancy and the wrong tenant are both expensive. I run the process properly from day one so you get neither.

  • Pricing based on current comparable leases, not hope
  • MLS exposure plus clean, professional marketing
  • Thorough, fair applicant screening — credit, employment and references — within Ontario's human-rights rules
  • Ontario Standard Lease and paperwork handled end to end

For Tenants

City Centre and waterfront rentals draw real competition. I help you move quickly and confidently when the right one shows up.

  • A search built around your real criteria and timeline
  • Fast showings, often same-day when it matters
  • Help preparing a complete, competitive application
  • Offer paperwork explained clearly before you sign

Mississauga Questions, Answered

Mississauga is part of my regular service area, alongside Toronto and the rest of the GTA. I handle sales and leases here for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants — from City Centre condos to family homes in Streetsville, Erin Mills and Clarkson.

They're two very different lifestyles at often-similar budgets. City Centre means towers, shopping and events at your door; Port Credit means a village main street, the harbour and the waterfront trail, with a GO station for commuting. I'll walk you through actual comparables in both before you commit to either.

The Hazel McCallion Line is under construction along Hurontario Street, with completion now expected around 2028. It will link Port Credit to the City Centre and up toward Brampton. It's worth factoring into a long-term hold or commute plan, though I never make promises about what any transit project will do to values.
