Two GO lines, MiWay, the 401, 403 and QEW, and Pearson next door mean you can commute to Toronto or work locally without rethinking where you live. Buyers I work with here usually come from a Toronto condo wanting more space without giving up transit, and renters come for the City Centre towers. The Hazel McCallion LRT along Hurontario will tie Port Credit to City Centre once it opens, but I never price a transit project into an offer before it runs.

The Hazel McCallion Line is under construction along Hurontario Street, with completion now expected around 2028. It will link Port Credit to the City Centre and up toward Brampton. It's worth factoring into a long-term hold or commute plan, though I never make promises about what any transit project will do to values.
