Plant every For Sale sign

Tap the street or press Space to drop the sign. The houses keep moving, so drop a little early.

How to play

  1. Press Start. A For Sale sign hangs from the hook at the top.
  2. Houses with a marker over the lawn are for sale. Plant a sign on every one of them.
  3. Tap the street, click it, or press Space or Enter to drop. The sign takes about half a second to land, so drop a little before the lawn reaches you.
  4. Land on the lawn and the sign flips to Sold. The middle of the lawn is a Perfect.
  5. Miss the lawn, pick a house that isn't for sale, or let a listing go by, and you lose one of your three signs.

Tips

  • Watch the marker, not the house. It sits right over the middle of the lawn.
  • The faster the street, the earlier you drop.
  • Perfects in a row stack up, to three times the points.
  • From level 5, watch the flag. When it points left, wait a beat. When it points right, drop a beat early.
  • P or Esc pauses. So does switching tabs.

Every four signs, the street speeds up. The houses are drawings, not listings.

Not really. Sign Drop is a timing game that needs sight: you watch the street and time each drop. If you use a screen reader, try Guess the Price instead, which works fully with one.

Every four signs you plant, the street speeds up, the lawns get narrower and fewer houses are for sale. From level 5 the wind pushes the sign while it falls, so watch the flag. From level 7 the hook slides from side to side.

A gentler game: a slower street, an easier climb, no wind and a hook that stays put. It's on by default if your device is set to reduce motion, and you can switch it on or off before each game.

No. They're drawings of the kinds of homes you see on Toronto streets: semis, row townhouses, bay-and-gable Victorians and modern infills. There are no real listings, prices or addresses in the game.
